ALSTIN invests in innovative, fast-growing companies that operate in structurally sustainable sectors and particularly meet the following criteria:

• Leading technology / unique know-how
• Products and services already established in the marketplace (proof-of-concept) / no start-ups
• Good market position and clear potential for further growth
• Topics of particular interest are:
  • Internet and Technology
  • Healthcare (especially medtech and diagnostics)
  • Demographic change & education
  • Energy, renewables & clean tech
• Skilled and motivated management team
• Operational profitability / no restructurings or project financings
• Investment volume per transaction: EUR 5 - 50 m. (minority and majority stakes)
• Company valuation: between EUR 10 and 200 m.
• Based in Germany, Austria or Switzerland
